Postage
- Full payment must be made at the time of making a purchase.
- All orders will be dispatched between 2-3 business days.
- In stock items will be dispatched between 2-3 business days from payment.
- Pre-Order items will be dispatched as soon as items are available.
- All orders are sent with Australia Post and can take up to 10 business days from date of dispatch as per Australia Post guidelines.
- Postage Australia wide has a flat rate of $8.95 or FREE for orders over $100
- Pick-up is available for residents of Tamworth and surrounds
Terms & Conditions
- All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Tiny Tots Baby Boutique, please contact tinytotsbb@gmail.com
- All approved returns or exchanges must be sent back within 7 days of arrival at customer
- All items sent out by Tiny Tots Baby Boutique are inspection prior to dispatch and are in saleable condition, due to differences in screen resolution some items may appear lighter, darker or may differ slightly from the image shown (returns will not be permitted for these differences)
- Refunds will only be approved for faulty items or incorrectly supplied items (must be reported within 7 days of receiving items)
- Refunds will not be approved for change of mind (exchanges may be possible if items are still in original condition, postage of exchanged items at customers expense)
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or mystery boxes
