PROCESSING & PRE-ORDER

Pre-order Information

• Pre-Order items are generally sent out or available for pickup within 2-3 weeks however we make every effort to lessen these wait times, in the event of wait times being longer for any reason the customer will be notified and offered a alternative.
• All pre-orders are to be paid for at the time of placing the order.
• All pre-orders are sent out within 1-2 business days of items being available to us.
• Any pre-order items that become unavailable due to manufacturer issues, a store credit will be given.
• Cancellation of pre-orders and refunds may be issued at the discretion of Tiny Tots Baby Boutique and a cancellation fee will apply please email tinytotsbb@gmail.com
